LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Developed in partnership with Inthrface, The Foundational Certification – Designed for Inclusion takes the gold standard certification and adjusts it from the ground up, embedding Disability inclusion and Neuroinclusion at its core. 

Being Neurodivergent myself, I’ve had more than my fair share of training courses that exclude those of us with different needs. I’ve been the person who fears the confrontation of advocating for my reasonable adjustments.

I’ve felt the apprehension of joining a new training cohort where I have to explain why I’m different to everyone else, and hope they accept me. I’ve spent my energy during trainings explaining what how my disabilities impact me and how I learn, rather than putting that energy towards learning the content!

I wanted to do something different.
